Miracle Mask- Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay

I am always one to say that every person's face is different so what works for one person will not work for everyone but this product just might be the exception. If you haven't tried this clay mask you are missing out and after reading this post you need to get to the store or on Amazon and get yourself some. $30 masks in a little container this product is affordable (about $8 for the small container), lasts forever, and works wonders on every skin type.

This stuff is so simple! Simply scoop some of the dried clay into a plastic container with a plastic spoon and mix with equal parts raw apple cider vinegar (or you can mix with water but the apple cider vinegar has amazing benefits for your skin that just further enhance how great this mask is). Then you simply apply it to your CLEAN face, neck, and wherever else you want and let it dry for 10-20 minutes before washing off with warm water. There will be some redness when you wash it off but it goes away pretty quickly and if you are doing the mask at night it wont be a problem.

You will feel a pulling/tightening sensation which I love and the mask will crack as it dries. I love this feeling but some people, my mom for example, didn't know what to expect and thought it was weird for the first time.

All over the web green clay is is pretty much talked about as THE facial mask for any skin type and any number of problems. Some of its benefits include drawing out toxins and bacteria, tissue healing (helps heal any zits or acne scars), normalize any dryness or excessive oiliness, shrink pores, and you can even use it for bug bites and various types of skin irritations and conditions! The best part? It is 100% natural clay-no nasty chemicals or additions. I have no problems with my face being left feeling dry after using this mask which is often a problem for me. I use this once every 1-2 weeks depending on what my skin needs.

You can find some great recipes for variations using this mask here if you are interested!
